Joining the World Economic Forum's "Cybercrime Atlas Community"

April 21, 2026 Notice
Cyberdefense Institute, Inc. is pleased to announce its participation in the Cybercrime Atlas Community, an international collaborative initiative led by the World Economic Forum's (WEF) Centre for Cybersecurity.

What is the Cybercrime Atlas?
The Cybercrime Atlas is an international initiative officially launched in 2023, led by the WEF Centre for Cybersecurity and anchored by four founding organizations: Fortinet, Microsoft, PayPal, and Banco Santander.

The initiative traces its origins to the recommendations of WEF's Partnership Against Cybercrime (PAC) community, which comprises more than 40 public and private organizations. It was first announced at the RSA Conference in June 2022 and has since evolved from a prototype into a fully operational platform.

The initiative aims to connect cybercrime experts and law enforcement agencies across public and private sectors, leverage open-source intelligence to build a shared understanding of cybercriminal networks, create friction against criminal activity, and support action by public-sector agencies. By integrating fragmented information to analyze and share intelligence on criminal group operations, it serves as a collaborative platform dedicated to dismantling attack infrastructure and deterring and mitigating cybercrime on a global scale.

Since its founding, the initiative has grown to include more than 23 private-sector organizations and individual contributors, bringing together experts from diverse fields including technology, cybersecurity, banking, payments, and cryptocurrency.

We joined Cybercrime Atlas at the end of 2025 and, as a member of the Cybercrime Atlas investigation group, contributed to information gathering related to Operation Red Card 2.0.

Modern cybercrime is highly specialized and organized, making it difficult for any single organization or country to grasp its full scope.

Leveraging our offensive security expertise, threat intelligence, and digital forensics capabilities cultivated over many years, we will continue to contribute to Cybercrime Atlas.
