Seminar Registration Procedure
Seminar application can be sent via FAX.
Download the application form, fill out required information, and then please FAX it to our seminar office.

Upon receiving of your Cyber Defense Seminar application, confirmation of receipt e-mail will be sent to you.
Application confirmation to be sent
Application confirmation e-mail will be sent to you 1 week prior to the beginning of session. If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail 1 week before the session, contact our office.
Notes to applicants
Changing the registered student(s)
The registered names of the student(s) can be changed prior to the beginning of each course..
Payment of enrollment fees
Invoice will be sent to you after completion of each course. Payment must be made in full at the end of the month following the month of the attended seminar.
Cancellation
Inform us two weeks prior to the beginning of each session, either by e-mail or in writing. Cancellation in less than two weeks of notice will incur a cancellation fee of 25,000 yen. If you cancel on the day, you will be required to pay the full enrollment fee.
Signing a pledge
On the first day of each course, we must ask you to sign our set of pledge documents. This is for you to give pledge that you do not use hacking skills and other knowledges obtained during the course session with malicious intention.

Admission starts 30 minutes before the beginning of each course.
